The Postgraduate Certificate in Art History is an ideal program for students planning to pursue careers in studio practice either in Art or Design. More specifically, it would be an important addition for students who wish to pursue graduate studies either in art history and theory, or in areas such as arts administration or teaching. The Art History Postgraduate Certificate includes a wide range of historical and contemporary art history courses. Students may choose to focus on specific areas, such as contemporary art history (20th century), European art history, global art history (non-Western) or on issues in criticism and theory.
