Last day to withdraw from winter semester (duration 3) courses (no refund). Course withdrawal request forms must be completed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar by 4 pm.
Friday, March 27
Deadline to submit Letter of Permission request for permission to take a course at an approved post-secondary institution for credit during the 2009 summer semester.

Registration for the 2009 summer semester begins at 9:00 a.m.
April 2009
Monday, April 6 to Thursday, April 9
Last day of regular Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday winter semester classes.
Friday, April 10
Good Friday. University closed.
Monday, April 13
Last day of regular winter semester classes.
Classes held on Monday, April 13 will be those normally scheduled on Fridays.
Tuesday, April 14 to Thursday, April 23
Final examination and critique period for full year (duration 1) and winter semester (duration 3) classes and critiques for Self-Directed Studies. Student attendance is required.
April 21, 22, and 23 are exam dates for 100- and 200-level Liberal Studies courses. 3rd and 4th year critiques could well be scheduled on these dates.

Exam conflict date and overflow date for critiques.

May 2009
Friday, May 1
Deadline to submit Special Studies (Field Study or Self-Directed Study) registration and proposal forms for 2009 fall semester (duration 2) credit.
Deadline for grade changes, including incomplete grades, for full year (duration 1) and winter semester (duration 3) courses.
Friday, May 8
Deadline for 2009 Summer semester fee payment without a late fee. Students who register for courses after May 7 must pay their fees in full by the next business day. Students who have not paid their fees in full by the next business day will incur a $50 late fee.
