Not Offered 2014/15 This summer course offers 3rd year students from all faculties an opportunity to spend two months in a total-immersion environment in remote and fly-in First Nations communities in Central and Northern Ontario. Students will develop and teach curriculum in visual literacy in a variety of media and formats for First Nations children and youth, and gain valuable teaching skills and life experience within a challenging and stimulating environment. Successful applicants will participate in a preparatory seminar and orientation, will receive travel and lodging, and be equipped with supplies and media equipment to support their teaching. They will document and report their progress throughout and upon completion of the program to an off-site supervising OCADU faculty. |

Anti-requisite: Students who have taken ABVC 3B01 may not take this course for further credit. |
