| Prerequisite: INTM 2B11 and 3.0 credits of first-year studio and 1.0 credit of Liberal Arts & Sciences (including the Writing course with a passing grade of 60%). |

| Students are introduced and encouraged to experiment with moving images, frame by frame including found footage, image overlays and direct animation. Mixing old and new technologies, film manipulation, video, sound and digital cinema are explored and combined experimentally. Theory and production planning are provided through screenings, demonstrations, discussions and hands-on instruction. |

| Anti-requisite: Students who have taken INTM 2B15 Film: Frame by Frame or INTM 3B27 Film: Frame By Frame may not take may not take this course for credit. |
