| Using the computer as a primary illustrative tool, students will explore ideas and concepts using new media techniques. This course covers contemporary illustration practices through the use of two leading computer programs, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, for vector and raster art creation and will examine their appropriateness in a variety of applications. Utilizing many of the skills learned in the year 2 Computer Workshops, students will develop greater control and efficiency in their digital work. |

Online tutorials are the sole means of technical instruction provided by OCAD for digital media based courses. |
