|
Students will develop a better understanding of the increasing need and the inherent challenges of developing coherent strategic solutions that drive effective organizations and brands. This course reveals the purpose and power of a strategy and gives direction on how to lead strategy development within an organization, and communicate strategic thinking effectively. The course begins with developing a strong foundation in critical thinking. We explore frameworks and models to engage stakeholders and shape the strategic conversation. By working on a real world project throughout the semester the students will build from the individual exercises in class to articulate a comprehensive strategy with a compelling narrative that will align an organization from vision to tactic. |
