| (NOT OFFERED 2010/2011) This Studio course builds upon the ideas and approaches developed in the Special Focus: Talking Community course. Under faculty supervision, students undertake an internship with a community arts organization or senior artist practitioner on a specific project. The student will work collaboratively with a mentor in a manner that democratically establishes issues, ideas, goals, process and conditions of the collaboration. Students will work closely with mentors in the preparation and undertaking of art project(s). |
