The English Language/Literature postgraduate certificate is useful for students choosing to pursue a career in teaching at the elementary or secondary level with English as a second teachable subject, or for students wishing to undertake graduate studies. More generally, the postgraduate certificate in English provides students with valuable tools to hone their reading and writing skills.

Note: If planning on using this postgraduate certificate for English as a second teachable, consult the program you will be attending for specific course requirements, which may vary from those listed below.

Not all courses are offered every year. Please consult the 2013/2014 schedule for up to date current offerings
